How it Works
1. Sign Up
Simply select your membership level and click “join now.” This will take you to the page where you can enter your contact information and your billing information securely.
2. Download Your Fresh Content Each Month
By the 20th of each month, your real estate agent content marketing materials for the following month will be posted and ready for you to download.
3. Customize (if You're a Member of the Professionals or Elites Tiers)
Professionals and Elites will have the option to customize all social media posts, stories, and newsletters to match their unique branding.
4. Post and Share!
Distribute your newsletter and share your posts to your social media accounts throughout the month. Professionals and Elites can simply follow their strategic content calendar each month!
FAQs (and Answers)
How do I sign up?
Simply chose your membership level from the options above and click “join now.” This will take you to the page where you can enter your contact information and your billing information securely. You can always upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do I access my DRIP marketing materials?
Once your billing information is entered, you’ll be able to log into your new account. Logging in will take you directly to the page that lists all your available marketing materials. You’ll simply click the new link each month to collect your fresh content.
When do I get my first marketing download?
When you sign up, you’ll instantly have access to the current month’s marketing materials, as well as marketing materials for prior months in case you want to go through the archives for extra marketing materials!
Then, on the 20th of each month, you’ll get access to the marketing materials for the next month. We want to give you that 10-ish day window in case you want to customize your posts before publishing (if you’re in the Professionals or Elites Tiers and have access to customization). You can even use that window to pre-schedule your social media posts so they’ll automatically publish on the correct days, according to your monthly Content Calendar.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! You’re free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Zero commitment.
Will the monthly rates increase?
You get to lock in your low rate when you sign up! We will likely increase rates in the future, but by signing up now, your rate will be grandfathered in, and you’ll stay at the low rate while new members pay higher rates.
Can I customize my social media posts and newsletter?
If you sign up for the Professionals Tier or the Elites Tier, then YES, you can customize every bit of your marketing materials: colors, text, images, fonts, design elements, everything!
The only Tier that can’t customize their posts and newsletters is the $9 Newbies Tier.
Do I need a Canva subscription?
Having a Canva subscription will allow members of the Professionals and Elites Tiers to customize their marketing materials.
It takes only a few minutes to create a FREE account on canva.com. Canva also offers a paid “Pro” plan, which I personally use and highly recommend. The Pro plan is NOT required to customize your DRIP marketing materials. But it does offer tons of images, fonts, and extra features that save a lot of time when you use Canva often.
Are social media captions included?
Captions are not included for two reasons: 1) having multiple agents post the same text could be read as “spam” by the platforms’ algorithms and 2) The captions are a great way for you to add personality and information about your specific market.
